@Eneles_10 I have AT&T and freaking amazing.!! We had suddenlink for 10+ years and it was always slow and giving out. Our AT&T has had zero issues.

I love it when Suddenlink reps call me trying to offer me a “promotional” rate and I abruptly ruin their day by telling them I’d rather cancel my service than give their company any more money for my terrible internet service lol

I am getting so, so sick of @Suddenlink ‘s poor tech service at this point. I double down on patience with CSR staff esp with the pandemic but after a full month of repeated refusals to escalate, forcing me to repeat basic steps, and failures to call back as promised… I’m done.

Only lasted three months on @Suddenlink cable as a new customer before I had to pull the plug on them and go to Hulu TV. Good riddance!!!!!! Terrible service and even more awful customer service!!! Avoid this company at all cost, even if it means paying more.

@ATTHelp Just wanted to let everyone know that AT&T tried to take advantage of my 83 yr old grandma that was on a fixed price with Suddenlink and left her without phone service for 4 weeks. Now they wont honor the price they said. #nohonor #nointegrity.

@Suddenlink I have had cable internet since Cox communications first introduced it. Sudden Link acquired Cox, and I saw the customer service decline. I moved out of their service area by 2 miles. I begged them to expand, but there was no interest. Now, look at them. Pleading for customers.

@sas_stimpy @SuddenlinkHelp Just because they informed about this particular outage doesn’t mean they do that with all of the outages that happen. I am speaking from my personal experiences with them. The outage I’m dealing with is 3 days into it. The only message we got about it was a text Friday afternoon

@Weatheronthe8s #Suddenlink doesn't do repairs on weekdays either. They just send twenty techs out to your house, all of whom show up late or never at all, to check your modem signal and then leave :D

@Suddenlink Your service is HORRIBLE in my area. Had to buy new equipment after the tech tells me that the modem I had wasn’t a suddenlink modem - but it was. Service drops constantly throughout peak hours - and I rely on it because I work remotely. Counting down till BluePeak.

@sas_stimpy @SuddenlinkHelp And still no ETA. It seems like call center and DM support don’t have the same info. Plus I have been bugging them for 2 years to fix a billing address. Every time I ask they say it is fixed on their end but the bills keep showing it. So I have no confidence in them as a company

@sas_stimpy @SuddenlinkHelp Saying that it would be fixed by six. Then at 630 texted to say it was taking longer than expected, and that’s the last we heard about it. When I called customer service yesterday I got a lady who had no info at all. But on the DM here someone reached out to give me the cause.

@SuddenlinkHelp Node GS79A. How do I know that? You’re “senior support” called the (late) night before and cancelled a service call(!!!) because Node GS79A was having trouble. That was a year ago. It’s apparently still having trouble.
