You can tell a lot went into the user interface and to get all of them to work (well, most work). The problem is support & zero direction on how to operate the unit. How do you exit a game? How do you pair a Wii remote with nunchuck? How do you dual boot? How do you add extra games? How do you add mouse & keyboard? Having no manual of any kind or FAQ available makes it frustrating and difficult to enjoy. Hopefully they can provide some guidance.

Hi John,
Thank you for your review. We’ve added all of your games you’ve asked for and we didn’t receive any email about your questions so the problem being support comes pretty harsh to us 🙁
But I’ll try to answer them below.
For exit game = start + select (if this doesn’t work, try to map controllers)
For adding wii controllers = pair the controller by going in the menu to CONTROLLER & BLUETOOTH SETTINGS → PAIR A BLUETOOTH DEVICE, then put you controller in discovery mode by pressing the red button to put the controller in discovery mode.
You’ll get an option (10 seconds) to dual boot at the start, you’ll need to have a keyboard connected for it and press W for Windows.
Add games to the ROMS folder on your desktop (windows) or via connecting with the internet on your RetroBeast and adding it directly within the RetroBeast.
You don’t need to “add” keyboard and mouse, it’ll work automatically when connected.
Please email us on info@8bitstick with all of your questions, we’ll try to answer them all 🙂

Fast and efficient, I had already bought another console which I was delighted with but this one fulfills my happiness. I admit it’s the price of a PS5, I hesitated for a long time but when I see what I paid for some PS4 reissues… Great, I’m like a kid!
