  • 313 Presents is Detroit’s premier live entertainment company. Inspired by the soul of Detroit, 313 Presents promotes and produces concerts, theatrical productions, sporting events and family shows at six world-class venues across southeast Michigan including Little Caesars Arena, the historic Fox Theatre featuring Proud Partner Comerica Bank, Comerica Park, Pine Knob Music Theatre presented by Proud Partners United Wholesale Mortgage, Ally, and Trinity Health, Meadow Brook Amphitheatre and Michigan Lottery Amphitheatre. Headquartered in The District Detroit, 313 Presents is a joint venture between Ilitch Sports + Entertainment and Pistons Sports & Entertainment.

Age Requirements

  • Guests 2 years of age and older are required to have a ticket. Guests under the age of 2 may sit in a ticketed guest’s lap provided they do not obstruct the view of other guests.
  • Age restrictions to attend event may vary for events at Pine Knob Music Theatre.

Airports

  • The Bishop International Airport is the closest major airport to Pine Knob Music Theatre and is recommended if you are flying in to visit us.

Aisle Policy

  • To help ensure guest safety and enjoyment of events at Pine Knob Music Theatre, sitting or standing in the aisles, on the ramps or in the stairways is prohibited. We ask that guests keep aisles clear at all times and remain in front of their ticketed seat location.

Alcohol

  • All alcohol purchases must be accompanied by a valid state-issued driver’s license or ID, passport or military ID. You must be 21 years of age to purchase or consume any alcohol. Service of alcoholic beverages is limited to two drinks per person, per purchase.
  • Guests are not permitted to bring in any outside alcoholic beverages, nor are they permitted to leave the venue with alcohol purchased inside any 313 Presents venue.
  • Drink limit and cut-off time will vary depending on the event.

Assisted Listening Devices

  • Assisted listening devices are available free of charge for guests to use during an event.
  • Please contact the Guest Experience team at GuestExperience@OlyEnt.com prior to arriving at one of our venues to request an assisted listening device to be setup.
  • When arriving at the event, you may pick up the unit at the Guest Services Office.
  • A driver’s license or state ID is required and will be held until the unit is returned.

ATMs

  • Pine Knob Music Theatre is a cashless venue and will not accept cash.
  • There are three ATM locations inside the venue for your convenience:
    • Near the First Aid location inside the Ally East entrance
    • Near the main concession area inside the Ally East entrance on the upper concourse
    • Near both the stage left and stage right concession stands
  • Please Note: We are a cashless venue. Conveniently convert your cash to a Visa card at a Reverse ATM kiosk. After you insert your cash into the kiosk, the dispensed card will hold the exact value as the cash you inserted. Your Visa card can be used to make purchases at the venue and at ANY LOCATION that accepts Visa. There is a fee associated.
  • There is one Reverse ATM kiosk locations at Pine Knob:
    • Near the Guest Service office next to the Ally East entrance.

Audio/Video Recording Devices

  • Video and/or sound recording devices including tri-pods, mono-pods, GoPro, Google Glass, and eyeglass video recording devices are prohibited.
  • This policy is subject to change based on select events. For questions on specific events, call 313-471-7000 .

Auto Assitance

  • If you experience any issues with your vehicle, please contact an Event Colleague and they will be happy to assist you.

Cameras, Video Cameras and Audio Recordings

  • Cameras with detachable lenses longer than eight (8) inches, Video and/or sound recording devices including tri-pods, mono-pods, GoPro, Google Glass, and eyeglass video recording devices are all prohibited.

Cashless

  • Pine Knob is a cashless venue.
  • Conveniently convert your cash to a Visa card at a Reverse ATM kiosk. After you insert your cash into the kiosk, the dispensed card will hold the exact value as the cash you inserted. Your Visa card can be used to make purchases at the venue and at ANY LOCATION that accepts Visa. There is a fee associated.

Certificates

  • Make a memory at Pine Knob Music Theatre! Guests in attendance may receive personalized certificates for Anniversaries, Birthdays and First Concert.
  • Certificates may be picked up for free at the Guest Services Offices (near the Ally East Entrance or UWM West Entrance).

Code of Conduct

  • Pine Knob Music Theatre is committed to creating a safe, comfortable and enjoyable experience for all guests. To provide these types of experiences, we have standards and expectations for all guests and visitors. The Guest Code of Conduct outlines those expectations and policies.
    • Treat everyone with respect and dignity by displaying proper etiquette as outlined below. Guests should refrain from any action that disrupts other guests' enjoyment of the event.
    • Do not engage in any unruly behavior, including obscene gestures, derogatory, vulgar, biased or abusive language directed at guests, venue personnel, artists or anyone else. This includes the use of such language, actions or gestures concerning a person’s race, ethnicity, color, gender, religion, creed, disability, age, sexual orientation, gender identity/expression or national origin; or to instigate, incite or encourage violence, a confrontation or threat of physical harm.
    • Refrain from wearing any clothing or displaying signage/products that contains obscene or indecent messages or signs. Pine Knob Music Theatre reserves the right to prohibit anything deemed inappropriate.
    • Do not fight, throw objects or attempt to enter or interfere with the performance area.
    • Consume alcoholic beverages responsibly and avoid intoxication, diminished capacity or impairment by alcohol or drugs. Guests must be at least 21 years of age to consume alcoholic beverages.
    • Sit only in your ticketed seat and show your ticket when asked by venue personnel.
    • Do not exit with the expectation to re-enter the venue after scanning of tickets.
    • Refrain from smoking in non-smoking areas.
  • Guests must comply with reasonable requests from venue personnel. Those who refuse may be subject to ejection without refund, revocation of season tickets and possible arrest and/or prosecution. Guests are encouraged to visit either Guest Services Offices near the Ally East Entrance or UWM West Entrance.

Lighting

  • Please be advised that lasers, mist and strobe lights, or any combination of those, may be used during any given event.

  • Little Caesars pizza is served to the left of the stage.

Lockers

  • There are no public lockers at Pine Knob Music Theatre.

Lost and Found

  • Found items are turned into the Guest Services Office near the main gate. Guests may inquire about items at any point during the event.
  • After an event, guests may submit an inquiry at313Presents.com/LostandFound.

Lost or Missing Individuals

  • If you become separated from your child or family member during an event, please seek the nearest Event Colleague.
  • When bringing children to an event, it is always helpful to make sure the children have their contact information, ticket and seat location with them at all times.
  • 313 Presents suggests that a parent/guardian obtain a Kids ID wristband available at Guest Services Offices within the Ally East Entrance and UWM West Entrance.

Nursing Mothers

  • Our First Aid location at the East Plaza near the Guest Services Office can be used for nursing mothers.
  • Breast pumps are permitted inside the venue and are subject to inspection.

Outside Food and Beverage

  • Outside food and beverage of any kind (except for religious, dietary or for medical necessity) is prohibited.
  • Guests are permitted to bring in bottled water in a single, clear factory sealed, crushable, disposable, plastic container that is 20 ounce or less. A single empty plastic water bottle is also permitted.
  • Glass, aluminum, and metal containers or bottles are prohibited.

Oversized Vehicle Parking

  • Rv's are not allowed to open slide outs, no tow behind trailers.

Seating/Tickets

  • All guests are required to have a ticket for their ticketed area. Guests may be asked to show their tickets for entry into the ticket holder’s specific section.
  • Failure to produce a valid ticket may result in removal from the venue.

See Something, Say Something

  • “If You See Something, Say Something™” is a national campaign that raises public awareness of the indicators of terrorism and terrorism-related crime, as well as the importance of reporting suspicious activity.
  • If you see something suspicious, please report it to an Event Colleague.

Sensory Inclusion

  • Little Caesars Arena, the Fox Theatre, Pine Knob Music Theatre, Meadow Brook Amphitheatre, Michigan Lottery Amphitheatre and Comerica Park have partnered with and gained certification with KultureCity, making all events hosted at the venues sensory inclusive. This initiative promotes an accommodating and positive experience for all guests and fans with sensory needs. Event colleagues are trained by leading medical professionals on how to recognize guests with sensory needs and how to best handle a sensory overload situation.
  • Sensory bags, equipped with noise canceling headphones (dB rating is 27), fidget tools, and verbal cue card are available to all guests who may feel overwhelmed by the environment. Strobe cancelling glasses and weighted lap pads are also available. Guests wishing to check out sensory items must sign a waiver and leave a driver’s license or credit card, which will be returned upon receipt of the sensory items in the same condition. Sensory items are available at the nearest Guest Services Office and are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis and are provided free of charge.

Service Animals

  • Service animals are welcome into Pine Knob Music Theatre.
  • The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) 2010 Regulations define a service animal as “any dog [or miniature horse] that is individually trained to do work or perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability, including a physical, sensory, psychiatric, intellectual, or other mental disability. Other species of animals, whether wild or domestic, trained or untrained, are not service animals for the purposes of this definition." C.F.R. § 35.104 and § 36.104 (2010).

Sign Language Interpreters

  • A sign language interpreter can be provided, however, a four-week notice is required before an event.

Smoking Policy

  • Smoking of any kind is prohibited, including the use of tobacco products and cigarettes, e-cigarettes, vaping, cigars, and marijuana.

Soliciting

  • No loitering, trespassing, soliciting/peddling, resale of tickets, merchandise or other items is permitted on Pine Knob Music Theatre property without Pine Knob Music Theatre approval.

  • Wearable baby carriers are permitted.

  • Guests are allowed to tailgate/picnic before most events.
  • Alcohol is not allowed in the parking lot due to local township ordinances.
  • Open flames and fireworks are not permitted.
