Strong attention to detail. Packaging and assembly experience is preferred. Experience using standard hand tools for installation of accessories including casters, wood seating and cladding, LED lighting and light wiring, fire pit burner and light plumbing fittings and other options to products as specified in work order is preferred. Previous manufacturing, general labor, construction, packaging, assembly, forklift or pallet jack experience is preferred. Responsibilities & Duties - Packaging & Assembly Specialist Read and analyze work orders and drawings to determine packaging/assembly requirements. Inspect, weigh, and package products. Complete packaging processes with required quality, safety, and production standards. Complete assembly tasks such as wiring, electrical work, natural gas plumbing, soldering, and installing wood seating. Physical labor is a requirement of this position. Ability to work on feet all day and lift up to 75 pounds four feet in height. Effectively communicate information and respond to questions from various levels within the organization. Regular, timely, and predictable attendance is required for this position. Pay & Schedule - Packaging & Assembly Specialist Mon-Thur from 1:30 pm - 12:00 am. Hours may vary slightly depending on business needs and demands. Occasional Friday shifts, which will be overtime. $16-18 per hour, DOE.
